ARROWS

Powered by 10+ Years of Matchmaking Experience, I helped Tawkify launch Arrows, a virtual matchmaker.

I partnered closely with leadership to define Arrows’ brand identity and marketing site, and collaborated with product and engineering to design flows and screens for the web app. Arrows was created for singles tired of the endless swiping of dating apps, offering a more intentional experience rooted in shared values. I designed and built the Arrows marketing site using Figma Sites and Figma Make, translating the brand strategy into a clear, conversion-focused digital experience.

ONBOARDING

Worked with leadership, product, marketing and engineering to update onboarding to be on brand and concise to increase conversion.

HOME / DASHBOARD

Worked on many rounds of iterations to make access to points, checkout, notifications, info on how to navigate web app more user friendly.

PROFILE

Worked on flows and design to make editing and completing profile intuitive for the user and for customer service/matchmakers if they need to help user. Created moments for gamification to increase profile completion speed.
